Yes. CAS integrates M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money and HaloPesa on the Growth plan and above, plus Selcom and Stripe for card payments. Giving reconciles straight into the finance module rather than arriving as a separate statement to key in.
Is the system available in Kiswahili?
Yes, the interface is fully bilingual in English and Kiswahili, and users can switch. Enterprise also includes an AI member chatbot that answers in both languages.
Can it handle a church with several branches?
That's what it was designed for. CAS is multi-tenant and multi-branch: each branch manages its own members and finances, while leadership gets consolidated reporting across all of them.
We keep everything in Excel. Can you move it across?
Yes. Data migration from spreadsheets or a previous system is part of onboarding, and the duplicate detection and merge tools clean up the register as it comes in.
Is there a mobile app for members?
Yes, as a separate product. The branded Church Mobile App gives members sermons, devotionals, events, giving, and community chat under your own church's name on the App Store and Play Store, and it connects to CAS.
How is our data protected?
Role-based access control limits who sees what, every action is written to an activity log and audit trail, and backups run automatically each day. Enterprise plans add SSO, custom roles, and data residency options.
