Will members get a branded app for our church?+
Yes. On Essentials and Community plans, your church gets its own iOS and Android apps with your name, logo, colors, and content — submitted under a developer account we help you set up (or ours, depending on your preference).
How long until the app is live in the stores?+
Typically 3–5 weeks from kickoff. Most of that window is Apple and Google review time. We handle the branding, build, store listing, and first release.
Is there a setup fee?+
Yes, for branded plans. The one-time fee covers App Store + Play Store developer accounts, branded design, custom assets, initial content loading, and the first store submission. We'll quote this during onboarding — typical range is TZS 1.5M–3M.
Does it integrate with CAS (our admin system)?+
Yes. When paired with CAS, member profiles, giving records, events, and announcements flow between the admin dashboard and the mobile app automatically.
Which payment methods are supported?+
All major Tanzanian mobile money networks — M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money, HaloPesa — plus Visa and Mastercard via Selcom and Stripe. Provider fees are billed at standard rates by each provider. We never take a cut of giving.
Can we try it before committing?+
