CAS is billed monthly per church: Starter at TZS 150,000/month (about USD 60), Growth at TZS 250,000/month (about USD 99). The Enterprise plan covers denominations and large networks with unlimited members and branches, and is quoted per network. All prices exclude VAT.
How much does the branded Church Mobile App cost?
The Church Mobile App is billed monthly: Essentials at TZS 299,000/month (about USD 119), Community at TZS 599,000/month (about USD 239). The Enterprise plan is quoted for networks and denominations. Branded plans also carry a one-time setup fee — typically TZS 1.5M to 3M — quoted up-front at onboarding.
Is there a discount for paying annually?
Yes. Paying annually takes 20% off every listed plan on both products. Switch the billing toggle on this page to see the annual rate for each tier.
Can we pay in Tanzanian shillings or US dollars?
Both. Every listed plan is priced in TZS and USD, so you can be invoiced in whichever currency your accounts run in.
What is not included in the monthly price?
Prices exclude VAT. On CAS, SMS and payment-gateway fees are billed separately at the provider's own rates rather than marked up. On the Church Mobile App, branded plans carry a one-time setup fee quoted at onboarding. Everything else — hosting, backups, product updates, and staff accounts — is in the monthly price.
How many members and branches does each CAS plan cover?
Starter covers up to 200 members across 1 branch. Growth covers up to 1,500 members across up to 3 branches. Enterprise is unlimited on both. If you outgrow a plan you move up a tier — nothing has to be rebuilt.
Which mobile money networks can we collect giving through?
All four Tanzanian networks — M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money, and HaloPesa — plus card payments through Selcom and Stripe. Mobile money collection is available from the Growth plan upward on CAS, and in-app giving is included on every Church Mobile App plan.
What support and updates do we get?
Every plan includes automatic backups, unlimited staff users, a bilingual English and Kiswahili interface, free product updates, setup assistance, an activity log and audit trail, data export at any time, and a 99.9% uptime target. Support is by email on Starter, priority on Growth, and a dedicated success manager with on-site training and a 99.9% uptime SLA on Enterprise.
Can we move our existing member and giving records across?
Yes. Setup assistance is included on every CAS plan, and you can export your data at any time — nothing is locked in. Bulk migration from an existing system or spreadsheets is handled by our data and integration team and quoted separately, so ask for it when you talk to us.
Do we have to sign a long contract?
