HR and payroll software for Tanzanian teams.
HR360 puts employees, leave, attendance, recruitment, payroll, and reporting into one workspace — built and supported from Dar es Salaam. The same team also does HR consultancy, so the software and the policy behind it are designed to fit together instead of fighting each other.

Where spreadsheet HR breaks
It works until roughly the twentieth employee. Then the same four cracks appear in every organisation we walk into.
Leave lives in three places
A form on paper, an approval in WhatsApp, and a balance in someone's workbook. Nobody can say with confidence how many days a given employee has left.
Payroll is rebuilt by hand every month
Attendance is retyped, deductions are recalculated, and one wrong cell means a wrong payslip. The work is identical every cycle and still takes days.
Attendance can't be trusted
If time data is collected separately from payroll, the two never quite agree — and the disagreement is only found after people have been paid.
Records aren't audit-ready
Contracts in a drawer, appraisals in email, IDs in a folder on someone's laptop. When you need a complete employee file quickly, you can't produce one.
One workspace for people, time, and pay
Every module feeds the next — attendance and leave drive payroll, so the numbers only get entered once.
Workforce dashboard
Real-time headcount and the items needing attention today, so HR opens on what matters rather than a menu.
Employee records and org structure
A complete directory with departments and reporting lines, plus secure document storage for contracts and employee files.
Leave and attendance
Leave requests with live balances and multi-level approvals, and time tracking that feeds straight into the pay run.
Recruitment
Openings, candidates, and the hiring pipeline in one view, so nothing stalls between an interview and an offer.
Payroll
Pay runs driven by the attendance and leave already in the system, rather than a fresh spreadsheet each month.
Reporting and access control
Workforce reports and analytics with export, behind role-based access for HR admins, managers, and employees.
Two HR platforms, both ours
We don't have a public HR client case study to point at yet — these are the products we build and run ourselves, and what we'd be implementing for you.
How an HR360 rollout works
Software on its own rarely fixes HR. We price the rollout in three stages so you can stop after any of them.
Pilot
Fixed fee
One department or one process — usually leave — configured and running, so you can judge the system on your own data.
- Configured to your leave policy
- A department's records loaded
- Admin and manager training
- A written go/no-go review
Full rollout
Quoted on headcount and modules
The whole organisation moved across — records, structure, leave balances, attendance, and payroll.
- Migration from spreadsheets or a legacy system
- Org structure and approval chains configured
- Payroll rules set up against your current payslips
- Training for admins, managers, and staff
Support and advisory
Monthly
Ongoing support for the platform, plus HR consultancy from the same team when the policy needs work too.
- Priority WhatsApp support
- Configuration changes as policy changes
- HR policy and handbook advisory
- Compliance and HR audit support
We don't publish an HR360 price list — the cost depends on headcount and which modules you turn on. Message us with your staff numbers and we'll quote it, usually the same day.
Straight answers
Still stuck on something? Ask us directly — we answer on WhatsApp.
+255 719 633 499How much does HR360 cost?
It's quoted on headcount and the modules you need, so there's no public price list yet. Send us your staff numbers on WhatsApp and we'll come back with a figure — usually the same day.
Can it handle Tanzanian payroll deductions?
Payroll rules are configurable and set up during rollout. The practical approach is to bring us a recent payslip and your current deduction workings, and we configure HR360 to reproduce them exactly before you switch over — so the first digital pay run matches the last manual one.
We run HR on spreadsheets. How hard is it to move?
Migration is part of the rollout. We take your existing employee records, leave balances, and structure and load them in, then run a pilot on one department first so you can check the numbers before the whole organisation depends on them.
Can employees see their own leave balance?
Yes. HR360 has role-based access for HR admins, managers, and employees, so staff can check balances and submit requests themselves, and managers approve without going through HR.
Do you help with HR policy, or only the software?
Both. Our HR consultancy covers HR structure and organisational design, policies and staff handbooks, recruitment and performance frameworks, payroll setup, and labour-law compliance. Most clients need some of that work done before the software has anything sensible to enforce.
Is it hosted, or do we run it ourselves?
HR360 is hosted by us and runs at hr360.desmetechnologies.com. If you have a specific requirement to host it yourself, ask — it's a conversation, not a no.
