Why imported software doesn't fit
Most teams here have already tried a foreign platform and worked around its gaps. The gaps are usually the same four.
Payments stop at the card
Foreign platforms assume Visa. Your customers pay by mobile money. We build M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money and HaloPesa in as first-class payment rails — we already run all four in production.
Your process gets bent to the software
Generic tools force you to work their way, so staff keep a spreadsheet on the side to cover the difference. Custom means the system follows your approval chain, your fiscal rules, your terminology.
Support in the wrong timezone

It depends entirely on scope, so we quote after a discovery sprint rather than publishing a rate card. A single integration is a different order of cost from a multi-tenant platform. Message us with a short description and we'll give you an honest range up front — including if we think your budget is better spent on an off-the-shelf tool.
How long does a project take?
A focused integration or internal tool is typically 4–8 weeks. A full business system is usually 3–6 months. Either way you see the first working milestone within two to three weeks of the build starting, not at the end.
Do we own the code?
Yes. At handover you receive the repository and the infrastructure credentials. You are not renting the system, and you are not locked to us for changes.
Can you integrate M-Pesa and other mobile money?
Yes, and we already do. Our own products take payment through M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money and HaloPesa, plus Selcom and Stripe for cards. Mobile money is a normal part of our builds, not a special request.
Do you work with clients outside Dar es Salaam?
Yes. We've delivered for clients in Arusha and Shinyanga as well as Dar. Day-to-day work is remote, with on-site sessions for discovery, training, and launch where it makes a difference.
Can you take over a system someone else built?
Often, yes. We start with an audit of the code and infrastructure, then give you a straight recommendation: stabilise, extend, or rebuild. Sometimes the honest answer is that the existing system is fine and only needs maintenance.
